About Mac.

Mac Welch is a writer, director, producer, actor, and filmmaker whose work spans theatre and film. He currently serves as a producer for Teatro Dallas and has collaborated in Texas with Dallas Theater Center, Second Thought Theater, Undermain Theatre, Theatre Three, Arts Mission Oak Cliff, Fair Assembly, and Echo Theater, as well as nationally and internationally with the WP Theater (New York) and The Estates Theater (Prague). His screenplay ‘Pâro’ received “Best Screenplay” at the Paris International Film Festival, and his most recent workshop were for plays called ‘Front’ and ‘Late-Stage’. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Welch is also Co-Founder of the Watering Hole Collective, a company member of Fair Assembly, and is represented by Engage Artists Agency.
